3. Order Acceptance

  • Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. This does not guarantee order acceptance.

  • Fitted Deals reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including stock availability, payment issues, or suspicious activity.

4. Payment

  • We accept various payment methods including Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, and select digital payment gateways.

  • All payments must be made in full before delivery unless COD is selected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer delivery across Pakistan through reliable courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Fitted Deals is not liable for delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather, strikes, courier delays).

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Customers must bear the return shipping cost unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit.

7. Product Colors & Sizes

  • We try our best to display product colors and sizes accurately. However, screen settings and manufacturing tolerances may result in slight variations.

  • Size guides are provided as general references and may differ slightly based on fabric and design.
